Simba

This is Simba, our 7 year old ball of energy! He loves running circles around the garden (as seen in the picture) and using his puppy dog eyes to get lots of treats 🐶 He has been a major help in supporting my grandma after we lost my grandad to cancer. A true little hero

Meg

This is Meg, she’s my 14 year old Dalmatian rescue dog. Meg came into my life at a time when I needed her most; she’s my best friend. Although she can’t talk, her eyes and her mannerisms speak directly to me, she knows me and I know her. She’s an affectionate soul, she loves to lick my face, and cuddle right in on a night. She’s got a cheeky playful side and you can often find her dancing around with my other Dalmatian or chasing the cat!

Ted

This is Ted who we got 4 years ago when he was 4 years old. Ted was rescued as a puppy from Romania and then sadly got passed from home to home and rescue to rescue in the UK until we got him and vowed to keep him no matter what. He's a lovely boy.

Ava

This is Ava my daughters dog, she is gorgeous, such a lovely personality, who is loved so much by everyone she meets ❤️

Millie

My son’s little dog Millie, my grand dog who I look after while he is at work. Adorable ❤️

Herman

This is Herman. He is a 2 year old miniature dachshund. He loves playing on the beach in the sun and having cuddles in a blanket when it’s cold. Herman used to visit his Uncle Alan at Alice House and always loved a fuss.

Ethel

This is Ethel who nobody wanted as a 5 month old puppy and I was asked to adopt her as her Aunty Maggie is my fur baby. She is fun, friendly, sooooo smart and a little bit naughty and as you can see very beautiful

Stanley Peanut

Stanley is a lovable 3 year old mini dachshund with such a big heart. He loves snuggles and kisses on the sofa and sunbathing in the garden.

Hello, my name is Walter. I am a 6 year old sh’itzu poodle cross and my mam says I am extremely cute a very photogenic.

Betty & Bo

Betty & Bo were a joy to both my mother Dee and to the Alice House team. They should have been therapy dogs. All the lovely dogs here deserve to win. Their love is unconditional 😍🐶🐶

Loki

Most of the staff met Loki when his Mum was staying with you. Always happy and loves to meet new people.

Megan

Megan is a border collie cross and is around 11/12 years old. I rescued Megan 8 years ago and she has been my shadow ever since however she is also the biggest daddy’s girl. She loves to pet you back during cuddles and never misses the sound of the cheese being taken out of the fridge.

Theo

Theo (female) is a five year old, very intelligent, cat, who loves watching her family doing household tasks. She supervises workmen, helps with gardening and is quick to point out anything left on the floor. She likes cuddles, beong carried on my shoulder, sunbathing, catching flies and spiders, playing ball up and down the hall and stairs and trying to push my Dad out of her favourite chair.

Aurora

Aurora is a sprocker x terrier she loves been outdoors loves water so will always find a puddle if she isn't outside she can be found playing with her soft cuddlys or on someone's lap getting cuddles and her giving lots of licks she's always happy wagging her tail

Violet

I am Violet a long haired miniature dachshund. I enjoy pup cups on weekends, helping my family with the gardening, sunbathing and eating radish. I hate having to eat my own dinner, walking and men. I spend my days terrorising my siblings and wrapping everyone I meet around my little paw.

Daisy

Say hi to Daisy Doo the Jack Russel crossed with a schnauzer that we have named the Schnack. She’s 4 and a half and loves nothing more than digging in sand and snuggles on the couch

Barney

My name is Barney and I am seven years old. I work very hard protecting my Mam each day from the postman, amazon drivers and the Asda man. I love to sustain my portly figure so lots of treats are required. Cheese is my favourite as is anything that comes from my local bakers.Mam keeps on mentioning a diet but this is a four letter word 😳.

This is Maddie, who is 16. She enjoys her strolls around the park in her pink booties keeping her paws warm.

This is Albie (Bedlington Whippet) celebrating his 1st birthday with a doggy birthday cake. He enjoyed it very much!

Rufus

This is Rufus, he is 4 years old and a very happy loving boy! He’s playful, energetic and loves a dip in the sea and chasing countless amounts of birds. Loves cuddles on the sofa and belly rubs too x

Minnie

Minnie's just a total joy. Two years old, she's full of fun and extremely affectionate.. She loves chasing leaves in the garden, playing with her toys then snuggling up on our knee or her special chair on an evening. She's looking forward to summer and playing in the garden more.

Molly is 9yrs..very loving and gentle..knew I had cancer before I did..rarely leaves my side .she was a big help in my recovery

Maude, Nala and Sprocket

Maude is super cheeky, she loves to chase the cat, eat socks and bark at the postman. Nala follows in her sisters footsteps and is partial to stealing biscuits. Poor Sprocket (Jack Russell) dreams of a quiet life and loves nothing more than sleeping with her humans under the duvet

Felix

Our beautiful boy. Felix has brought us 6 years of endless fun and love. He’s the best boy, loves his grub & beach walks.

MARY

Born in Hartlepool, a true Teessider, spent 2 of her years in Leicestershire and she's back to Seaton and always willing to help her community. She is an incredibly sweet girl, a 4 year old Boston Terrier a very active but calm breed. You can find her helping out with Hartlepool big town tidy up's, in attendance at Dinsdale Lodge care home and enjoying everything this great town has to offer on her lengthy walks. Everyone should 'Be More Mary'

Dottie

Dottie (Dorothy on a Sunday) is happiest when she is rolling in anything smelly. She can find mud on the driest of days and loves a daily dip in the sea. A typical spaniel that pulls like a steam train on her lead. She loves socks and her record is 4 in her mouth at once. Her favourite toy is her ball, but hasn’t mastered fetch, instead hides it for her owner to find. Makes walks much more interesting.

Lola

Lola might not be the brightest and lives in her own little world, but sometimes we could all do with being in Lola’s happy little world. She might be deaf but there’s nothing wrong with her sense of smell and she can sniff out the slightest hint of food. To say she’s food orientated is a serious understatement!

Gus

Our fur baby Gus! We've had him nearly 2 years now when we rescued him from the Digs Trust in Sadberge. He is a Border Collie crossed with a Corgi - A Borgi!! He has brought so much fun and light into our lives!

Marlow

Marlow, who is 8 months old, is an energetic and loveable working cocker spaniel. He loves spending his time chasing birds on the beach and jumping into the sea. His favourite hobby is stealing socks and hiding them in his bed.

Ivy

Ivy is a loyal lovable frenchie. She has only recently joined the family and adores her new owner following her everywhere. Her favourite hobby is hedgehog watching.

Teddy and Sadie

These two come as a pair. Teddy (the lurcher) came from a rescue centre. Sadie was my dad's dog. I offered to take care of her when my dad became termanily ill. Her and Teddy have developed a very strong bond and are now inseparable. I guess you could say, she's adopted us.

Loki

I am Loki and I'm 8 months old. I am very playful and love to pinch my mams slippers. I love watching cbeebies especially In The Night Garden. Everyone loves my Merle Colours. I dislike the noise of traffic. Cheese and Chicken are my favourite treats.

Logan is a 6 year old labradoodle, gentle boy who loves everyone and everything

Bella

My beautiful Bella is the first cat I’ve ever owned and is an absolute treasure. She came to me 8 years ago as a foster after her elderly owner had passed away.

Ruby

Ruby is a rescue girl who has been with me for just over a year. Since our paths crossed we have qualified as a Therapy Dog and she enjoys sharing love on her assignments. Not only is she remarkable for doing this role but she's an ambassador for her breed. Loves: the beach, people, other dogs, food, cuddles. Dislikes: walkies, the rain, squirrels, tea being late. Ambitions: being a restaurant critic in her next life, with emphasis on quantity as much as quality.

Skylar

We love our Skylar she is a well behaved loving dog with the cutest expressions, she has just got a baby brother who she is very protective of and loves to snuggle up against 😁
